What this class does well
A panel puts its energy into a defined sector and rejects most of what arrives from behind it, which is what makes sectorized coverage possible: three or six panels on one mast serve separate areas without talking over each other. The flat form factor also takes wind better than an equivalent-gain boom antenna.
Where it falls down
The coverage stops where the sector stops. Anything outside the beamwidth needs another panel, so a full 360 degree service area costs three to six antennas plus the feedlines and the mounting hardware for all of them.

Specifying one for antennas for smart agriculture
Gateway and base antennas are mounted on grain-silo, barn rooftops or dedicated masts for maximum line of sight; machinery antennas are magnetic- or bracket-mounted on cab roofs. Confirm the connector before ordering: changing the interface later means either an adapter, which adds a mismatch and a failure point, or a re-terminated cable. Standard builds ship with an N-Female interface.
